Michaels

I found this store to be dimly lit, and the staff did not seem particularly helpful in assisting with item location or self-checkout. I am hopeful that this was an isolated incident and that the staff members were simply experiencing a difficult day, rather than a general disinterest in their work.

Went into the store about a week ago. My daughter and I love to look around and shop but on the particular day we went in, we were immediately blasted with extra loud Holiday music. It wouldn’t have been bad if the volume had been lower but I couldn’t even hear myself think. We left our items we would have purchased and went to Hobby Lobby. Won’t be back Michael’s.

As soon as I walked into the store I was instantly followed and watched as if though I was going to steal something. I started to feel uncomfortable so I started to put things back that I had got while trying to shop. On my way out the manager made a rude remark as though I had stolen something from the store. As far as stating that she was sure I had something in my purse. Ive never had such an unpleasant shopping experience here until then and I probably will never go back to this location.

This Michaels is always very helpful. They have everything possible you would ever need. I wanted to crochet blankets. They didn’t have enough of any style to create my project. So I had to order the quantity I needed from Amazon. But, that is a rare instance.
